All our candidates complete a selection procedure in which they are assessed against a range of specified criteria. This selection process is based primarily on assessing previous job performance, experience, knowledge, attitude, skills and related qualifications, and career interests.

Associate and Summer Internship Programmes
If you feel that you meet our criteria, we encourage you to complete our online application form. The process is as follows:
- Phase 1: Pre-Screening
We receive a very large amount of applications from high quality candidates and employ a screening process to reduce this number. Candidates who pass through this process will be invited to take our online tests. Passing all online tests is essential for being invited to the next stage. - Phase 2: Telephone Interview
Candidates who successfully come through pre-screening will be invited to have a telephone interview, during which we will assess your competencies, eligibility and willingness to join the programme. These discussions are very much two-way and we expect you to test us just as thoroughly. - Phase 3: Assessment day
Candidates who successfully come through the first two phases will be invited to an assessment day at one of our offices. Here, you will be asked to perform a presentation, have interviews with HR and business professionals and take part in a group discussion. We promise an interesting, yet challenging day that you should view as a two-way process. We’ll be assessing you on your abilities and your fit within our organisation, and we expect you to assess us too. It is important to ask yourself throughout the day if you could envisage yourself working at Fortis Investments on such a global programme. You’ll get to meet several people who will provide ample time to ask the questions that will help you with your decision.
Candidates that successfully come through the whole selection process will receive a highly competitive offer to join Fortis Investments.
